Through careful analysis, supported by Pakistani experts in medicine, health-care as well as architects, the perfect premises and the much needed medical equipment are decided upon. 

Three cornerstones play an essential and vital role in the implementation of the clinic projects:

• Establishment of mother-child health-care facilities in regions with a high birth rate by either renovating existing facilities or building and equipping new clinics.
• Securing and ensuring longlasting medical care for mothers and infants by providing costs for personnel and consumable materials.
• Implementation of a referral systems from Patty’s Child Clinics to major hospitals for extraordinary and complicated cases
